A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, and herbs, perfect for a vibrant meal.

penne pasta, uncooked
Vegetables

cherry tomatoes, halved
Aromatics

garlic, minced

Instructions
Cook 12 oz of penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Add cherry tomatoes, cook 5-7 minutes until soft.
Stir in red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper; simmer 2-3 minutes.
Add cooked pasta, toss to coat with sauce.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan, basil, and parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional herbs or cheese before serving.
