A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, perfect for a light meal.
Ingredients
Cherry Tomatoes

cherry tomatoes
(washed and halved)

spaghetti
(or pasta of choice)

cloves
garlic

extra virgin olive oil

fresh basil leaves
(torn)

grated Parmesan cheese
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, simmer until soft.
Cook pasta until al dente, reserve 1 cup pasta water.
Combine pasta with tomato sauce, add reserved water as needed.
Mix in basil, top with Parmesan, serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil for the best flavor and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
