A quick and cheesy pasta dish combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with the comfort of pasta, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

lean ground beef

uncooked elbow macaroni

onion, finely chopped

garlic powder

sloppy joe sauce

Instructions
Cook beef and onion: Sauté ground beef and chopped onion until browned and soft. Drain excess fat.
Season and add sauce: Stir in garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, then add sloppy joe sauce. Mix well.
Add pasta and water: Stir in uncooked macaroni and cover with water (~2 cups). Bring to a boil.
Simmer: Reduce heat and cook for 12-14 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Finish with cheese: Remove from heat, stir in shredded cheddar until melted and creamy.
Serve: Top with sliced pickles if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
For a healthier option, use lean beef and reduce cheese amount.
