Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix ground beef, cheeses, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, and seasonings. Form into 15-16 meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked. Drain excess grease and transfer to a baking dish.
Top with marinara, dollop ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella, and bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
