Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Fruit: Wash, hull, chop, and slice all fruits. Combine in a large bowl.
Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the mixture.
Assemble the Salad: Pour cheesecake filling over the fruit and gently fold until coated.
Add Caramel Drizzle: Drizzle caramel sauce over the salad or serve on the side.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with extra caramel or crushed graham crackers before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
