A delightful and refreshing fruit salad with a creamy cheesecake twist, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups green apples, chopped
  • 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned), drained
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • crushed graham crackers

Instructions 

  • Prepare the Fruit: Wash, hull, chop, and slice all fruits. Combine in a large bowl.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the mixture.
  • Assemble the Salad: Pour cheesecake filling over the fruit and gently fold until coated.
  • Add Caramel Drizzle: Drizzle caramel sauce over the salad or serve on the side.
  • Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Garnish with extra caramel or crushed graham crackers before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
