A quick and delicious cheese quesadilla perfect for a satisfying snack or meal.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 4 pieces tortilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Butter one side of each tortilla.
  • Place a tortilla butter side down in a skillet, sprinkle with cheese and salt.
  • Top with another tortilla, butter side up, and cook until golden, 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese, then cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for best flavor.
