Instructions
Heat oat milk and 3 tbsp maple syrup in a saucepan.
Mix spices and cocoa powder with hot water to form a paste, then add to the milk mixture.
Simmer gently until heated through.
Whip coconut cream and 1 tbsp maple syrup until fluffy.
Pour hot chocolate into mugs, top with whipped cream, and garnish with spices or cocoa powder.
