Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate steak for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill or skillet over high heat. Pat steak dry and cook 3-5 minutes per side. Rest for 5-7 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Warm tortillas over heat. Fill with sliced steak, diced onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
