A delicious and fluffy Dutch baby pancake topped with caramelised apples and cinnamon, perfect for a cozy breakfast or brunch.

Granny Smith apples, peeled, 2 cut into thick wedges, 1 sliced thinly

Instructions
Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C (fan-forced). Heat a 25cm ovenproof frying pan in the oven.
Mix flour and salt, then add milk and eggs. Whisk until smooth.
Remove hot pan, add butter, then pour in batter. Return to oven and cook for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream and maple syrup for extra indulgence.
