A fresh and vibrant salad combining cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Instructions 

  • Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl.
  • Add mozzarella pearls and torn basil leaves.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Gently toss everything together.
  • Top with balsamic glaze just before serving.
