Instructions
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sear in oil for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 0.25 cup pasta water, then drain.
Sauté garlic and shallots. Add bell pepper, paprika, Cajun seasoning, cayenne, parsley, chili flakes, and salt. Pour in cream and gradually add pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency. Simmer.
Return shrimp to pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Adjust cayenne for spice preference and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
