Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
Cook sausage until browned, then set aside.
Sauté onion, peppers, celery, and garlic until softened.
Stir in spices, tomatoes, then add rice and coat well.
Add broth, simmer covered for 20 minutes, then stir in chicken, sausage, and shrimp. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 5-7 minutes. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Adjust seasoning and heat level with jalapeños as desired.
