A fresh and vibrant cabbage salad tossed with a spicy lime-jalapeño dressing, perfect for a light, flavorful meal or side dish.

green cabbage
(cut into ¼-inch slices (about 6 cups))

Instructions
Put cabbage in a colander, season with salt, toss, and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Discard excess liquid and dry.
Transfer cabbage to a bowl, add pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, and oil, then toss and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add radishes and a pinch of salt, toss well.
Top with avocado slices and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño and salt to taste for desired spice and flavor.
