Ingredients

protein

  • 0.5 pound ground turkey
  • 1-3 tablespoons Frank's hot sauce (depending on spice preference)

wraps

  • as needed Butter lettuce (for wrapping)

vegetables

  • 2 carrots carrots
  • 2 celery sticks celery sticks
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing (good quality)

cooking oil

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Instructions 

  • Cook ground turkey in canola oil until browned.
  • Mix in Frank's hot sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Prepare carrot and celery slaw by shredding carrots and chopping celery, then toss with blue cheese dressing.
  • Wrap the cooked turkey in butter lettuce leaves.
  • Serve the lettuce wraps alongside the carrot celery slaw.
