Instructions
Brown the butter in a saucepan until deep golden and nutty, then cool.
Activate yeast by mixing warm milk with sugar, then add remaining ingredients and knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled.
Prepare filling by mixing brown sugar, pumpkin, cinnamon, and spice. Roll out dough, spread butter and filling, then roll and cut into 12 pieces.
