Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 5-6 cups broccoli florets (approximately 1 lb or 2 ½ heads)
  • ½ cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (coarsely shredded)
  • cup dried cranberries
  • cup red onion (finely diced)
  • ½ cup salted sunflower seeds
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise (olive oil mayo preferred)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine broccoli, cheddar, cranberries, bacon, sunflower seeds, and onion in a bowl.
  • Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
  • Toss again before serving.
