A refreshing and nutritious broccoli salad perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Vegetables

fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces

finely chopped red onion
1/2

dried cranberries
1/2
cup
roasted sunflower seeds
1/2

mayonnaise (or part plain greek yogurt)

apple cider vinegar

tablespoon
honey

teaspoon
dijon mustard

salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Combine broccoli, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds in a bowl.
Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Stir again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute part of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
