Instructions
Combine black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, agave, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Just before serving, gently fold in chopped avocados and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lime or chopped jalapeƱos.
