A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, this salad combines all the flavors in a fresh and healthy way.

Ingredients

Big Mac Sauce

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons relish
  • 1 tablespoon minced onions
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salad Base

  • 6 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pound cooked lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced onions
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Mix all Big Mac sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Divide lettuce, ground beef, cheese, onions, and dill pickles between plates.
  • Drizzle on the Big Mac sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add some crispy bacon bits!
