Instructions
Prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, black pepper, and sea salt in a bowl.
Chop romaine lettuce and add to a large bowl. Slice olives, pepperoncinis, red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Add salami strips.
Toss all salad ingredients together and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more cheese, dressing, or salt and pepper as needed.
Serve immediately or let sit for a few minutes to meld flavors.
