A delicious homemade granola with vanilla and almonds, perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Ingredients

slivered or whole roasted almonds

light agave nectar or pure maple syrup
((or a combination of both))

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk together sweetener, oil, and vanilla; pour over oats and toss.
Spread mixture on baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring halfway.
Cool completely before breaking into clusters.

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
