cut-up orange segments, 2 small oranges

Instructions
Combine all fruit in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, whipped cream, cream cheese, sweetener, and lemon zest until smooth.
Gently fold the creamy dressing into the fruit mixture.
Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
