Ingredients

Salad Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pecans (toasted)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic for the glaze
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine spinach, strawberries, blueberries, red onion, and pecans in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
  • Heat balsamic in a saucepan, simmer until reduced by half. Stir in honey if using.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using flavored balsamic vinegar.
