Instructions
Combine spinach, strawberries, blueberries, red onion, and pecans in a bowl.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
Heat balsamic in a saucepan, simmer until reduced by half. Stir in honey if using.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using flavored balsamic vinegar.
