A quick and hearty one-pan meal combining beef, noodles, and vegetables for a satisfying dinner.

broccoli florets

egg noodles
8oz.egg noodles
beef stock
1 3/4cupslow-sodium beef stock
diced tomatoes
1 (14.5-oz.) candiced tomatoes
heavy whipping cream
3/4cupheavy whipping cream
Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2tsp.Worcestershire sauce
chili powder
1tsp.chili powder
crushed red pepper flakes
1/4tsp.crushed red pepper flakes
shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a Cheddar-Jack cheese blend
1cupcheese blend
green onion, sliced

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add beef, cook for 4 minutes without stirring.
Add onion, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook until beef is cooked through and onion is tender, 5-6 minutes.
Stir in broccoli, noodles, stock, tomatoes, cream, Worcestershire, chili powder, and red pepper flakes; bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes until tender and saucy.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with cheese, cover until melted (about 2 minutes).
Garnish with green onion and serve.
