A quick and flavorful dish combining tender beef, vegetables, and rice stir-fried with savory sauces.
Ingredients
Meat

beef (flank steak, sirloin, or skirt steak), thinly sliced
Grains

cooked rice (preferably day-old, cold rice)
Oils & Sauces

tablespoons
vegetable oil (divided)

tablespoon
oyster sauce (optional, for added depth of flavor)

soy sauce

sesame oil (for finishing)
Vegetables & Aromatics

onion, diced

mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers, or corn)

Instructions
Season beef with salt and pepper. Sear in 1 tbsp oil until browned, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Push vegetables aside, scramble eggs in the empty space, then combine with vegetables.
Add rice, stir to combine, then pour soy, oyster (if using), and sesame oils. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Return beef to pan, stir well, cook for another 1-2 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best texture and flavor.
