Ingredients

onion, chopped

garlic, minced

diced tomatoes

kidney beans, drained

beef broth

Salt and pepper
Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a large pot; drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes and drained beans; season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour in beef broth and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
