A quick and flavorful one-pan meal combining ground beef, colorful bell peppers, and rice for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté diced onions until softened.
Add ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add chopped bell peppers and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
Mix in cooked rice and soy sauce; stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of sesame oil or chili flakes.
