Instructions
Coat beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.
Cook garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant, then add broccoli rice and cook until tender.
In the same pan, cook beef until browned, then add scallions and combine.
Serve beef and broccoli rice together, garnished with scallions.
