mixed salad greens (romaine, leaf lettuce)

Instructions
Rinse shrimp, pat dry, then prepare flour mixture.
Dip shrimp in eggs, coat with flour mixture, then fry until golden, about 2-3 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder to make sauce.
Toss fried shrimp with half of the sauce. Combine greens, cabbage, cucumber, carrots, and green onions in a bowl.
Serve salad topped with coated shrimp, drizzle remaining sauce, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra crunch, double fry the shrimp or add crushed peanuts on top.
