Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the cod with salt, pepper, coriander, paprika, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and melted butter; brush over the seasoned cod.
Place the cod on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle minced garlic and chopped parsley over the fish.
