A delicious low-carb chicken salad packed with flavor from bacon and ranch dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (i recommend using rotisserie chicken!)
  • 2 tbsp mayo (or light mayo)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or light ranch dressing)
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine ranch dressing, mayo, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small bowl.
  • Add chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, and bacon to a large bowl.
  • Pour ranch dressing mixture on top and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve on sandwiches, salads, or lettuce wraps. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced avocado or a squeeze of lemon juice.
