Ingredients

tuna (preferably albacore)
(drained)

ripe avocados
(halved and pitted)

red onion, finely chopped

red bell pepper, diced

Instructions
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl; break into smaller pieces.
Chop red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro; add to the bowl.
Mash avocados until smooth; add to the bowl and mix.
Pour lemon/lime juice over mixture; season with salt, pepper, and optional olive oil. Add optional cucumber, celery, or jalapeño if desired.
Gently stir everything together and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or extra lime juice.
