Instructions
Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and slice.
Chop the green onions and add all ingredients to a bowl.
Drizzle lime juice and olive oil over the mixture.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then toss gently.
Serve immediately while fresh and chilled.
