Instructions
Slice cucumbers and place in a bowl.
Mix salt, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss to combine.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions.
Notes
