Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar; cook for 1 minute.
Add beef broth, simmer until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Serve over rice, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, add vegetables if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
