Ingredients

Liquid

  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened apple juice

Fruit

  • 1 medium apple (use your favorite brand)

Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free caramel syrup (plus more for optional garnish)

Ice

  • 2 cups ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Pour the milk and apple juice into a blender.
  • Core the apple and cut into chunks, then add to the blender with caramel syrup and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a banana or a dollop of yogurt.
