A refreshing and crunchy apple salad perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

apples, cored and diced (preferably granny smith or honeycrisp)

celery, diced

grapes, halved (red or green)

walnuts, chopped

raisins

plain greek yogurt

honey

lemon juice

cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and raisins in a bowl.
Whisk yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
Pour dressing over the apple mixture and toss gently.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Serve chilled, garnished with walnuts or cinnamon if desired.
Notes
For added crunch, use toasted walnuts.
