A refreshing and crunchy apple salad perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 2 large apples, cored and diced (preferably granny smith or honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved (red or green)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Combine apples, celery, grapes, walnuts, and raisins in a bowl.
  • Whisk yogurt, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Pour dressing over the apple mixture and toss gently.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with walnuts or cinnamon if desired.

Notes

For added crunch, use toasted walnuts.
