Instructions
Mix sourdough starter, water, and bread flour; let ferment for several hours.
Prepare apple filling by reducing apple cider and shredding green apple.
Combine flour, salt, sugar, spices, and butter to make crumble topping.
Assemble bread with apple filling and top with crumble; bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla or a sprinkle of extra cinnamon on top.
