1eachgranny smith apple (sliced)
1eachgala apple (sliced)
150gcashew nuts
75gdried cranberries
60gmayo
80mlbalsamic vinegar
30gdijon mustard
15mlfreshly squeezed lemon juice
30ghoney(or more, to taste)
Instructions
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl, except for the dressing.
In a mason jar, mix all dressing ingredients and whisk until emulsified. Adjust mayo and honey to taste.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Serve immediately.
