Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine popcorn, dried apples, and nuts in a large bowl or divide onto sheets.
Melt butter, stir in sugar, corn syrup, and salt; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Mix in vanilla, cinnamon, and baking soda. Pour over popcorn mixture and stir to coat.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool before breaking into chunks.
