Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉ and spray a baking dish.
Mix oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, syrup, applesauce, eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla.
Fold in apples and walnuts, then transfer to the dish and top with walnuts.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until set, then let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve topped with yogurt or whipped cream, if desired.
Notes
For egg-free version, substitute eggs with mashed bananas or applesauce.
