Delight in these flavorful oatmeal bars layered with sweet apple butter and crunchy nuts, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Butter

butter (at room temperature, cubed)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9" x 13" pan with parchment paper.
Mix oats, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Work in butter until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups of mixture.
Press remaining mixture into pan, spread apple butter over crust, then sprinkle nuts if using. Top with reserved streusel.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
