A delightful and refreshing fruit salad perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 10 oz canned mandarin oranges (drained) ((about 1 cup))
  • 10 oz canned pineapple chunks or tidbits (drained) ((about 1 cup))
  • 10 oz maraschino cherries (drained) ((about 1 cup))
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cool whip whipped topping

Instructions 

  • Drain the fruit and add to a large bowl with marshmallows, coconut, and sour cream.
  • Gently mix the ingredients to avoid breaking the fruit.
  • Fold in the cool whip and mix gently.
  • Cover and refrigerate for one hour to meld flavors.
  • Serve in a dish and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract.
