Delicious and fluffy almond flour pancakes perfect for a gluten-free breakfast.
Ingredients

Instructions
Whisk eggs, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
Mix in almond flour, baking powder, and salt; let rest for 2–3 minutes.
Preheat skillet over medium-low heat and grease lightly.
Scoop 1/4 cup batter per pancake; cook 2–3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook 1–2 minutes until golden.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or top with nuts.
