Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.75 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 whole lemon (zested and juiced)
  • Freshly chopped parsley or thyme for garnish

Instructions 

  • Pat chicken dry, slice large breasts if needed.
  • Mix lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  • Toss chicken with oil and seasoning; let sit 5-10 mins.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 mins.
  • Arrange chicken in basket, air fry 10-14 mins, flipping halfway, until cooked.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over hot chicken, garnish with herbs and zest.
