Ingredients

Spice Mix

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 0.5 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Chicken

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds) chicken thighs (Use boneless for variation)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • As needed N/A lemon wedges (For squeezing over the top)
  • As needed N/A chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (For sprinkling)

Instructions 

  • Mix paprika, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Pat chicken dry, add to bowl, drizzle with oil, and toss to coat.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange chicken skin-side down in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 16-22 minutes, flipping halfway. Check for 155°F internal temp.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then serve with lemon wedges and herbs.
