Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5–6 minutes.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cumin, salt, and baking powder in a small bowl.
Pat chicken dry, rub with olive oil, then season with the spice mix.
Place chicken skin-side down in the air fryer basket, cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Flip chicken and cook for an additional 6–10 minutes until crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F.
Notes
Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before serving for best juiciness.
