Instructions
Pound chicken to ¾-1 inch thickness, season with spices, and air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes, flipping at 8 minutes.
Check for internal temperature of 165°F, then let chicken rest for 5 minutes before dicing into ½-inch cubes.
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to make dressing. Toast pecans until fragrant, then cool.
Combine diced chicken, celery, onion, cranberries, pecans, and dill in a bowl. Add dressing and fold gently.
Season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
