Enjoy flavorful and juicy chicken kebabs cooked to perfection in your air fryer, packed with colorful vegetables and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

skinless chicken breasts
(Cut into 1-inch cubes)

soy sauce or liquid aminos

Chicken Rub Seasoning

BBQ Rub/Seasoning
to taste
Salt and pepper

green pepper
sliced

red pepper
sliced

yellow pepper
sliced

zucchini
sliced

red onion

optional
cooking oil spray
(For spraying chicken and veggies)
Instructions
Marinate chicken with soy sauce, seasonings, and salt for at least 1 hour.
Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers, topping with a grape tomato.
Spray skewers with cooking oil if desired.
Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serve hot, optionally adding cooked grape tomatoes.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
