Enjoy flavorful and juicy chicken kebabs cooked to perfection in your air fryer, packed with colorful vegetables and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 16 oz skinless chicken breasts (Cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or liquid aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken Rub Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon BBQ Rub/Seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ½ green pepper sliced
  • ½ red pepper sliced
  • ½ yellow pepper sliced
  • ½ zucchini sliced
  • ¼ red onion sliced
  • optional cooking oil spray (For spraying chicken and veggies)

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken with soy sauce, seasonings, and salt for at least 1 hour.
  • Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers, topping with a grape tomato.
  • Spray skewers with cooking oil if desired.
  • Air fry at 370°F (188°C) for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve hot, optionally adding cooked grape tomatoes.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
