Enjoy crispy, spicy buffalo cauliflower made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 medium cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.75 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat cauliflower florets in batter and shake off excess.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket with cooking spray. Air fry cauliflower for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
  • Mix buffalo sauce with melted butter. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce.
  • Serve immediately with dipping sauce and celery sticks.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray cauliflower with cooking spray before air frying.
